keynote speaker with 17+ years of experience in Dubai, one of the world’s
leading hubs for innovation. He is the Founder & CEO of BotAgentica, an AI company delivering automation, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions worldwide. As Managing Director of IAMVERSE UAE, he is shaping metaverse platforms for next-gen
brand engagement, and as Executive Director of ChainScript Labs, he drives
blockchain and Web3 adoption for the future economy. Karthick also leads ventures in real estate, contracting, hospitality, and media, including Irai Arul Properties, HSC Contracting, Padayappa Restaurant, and Gilli FM 106.5, reflecting his multi-industry impact. With a Master’s in Energy (Heriot-Watt University, Dubai) and a Bachelor’s in
Electrical Engineering Anna University), he blends technical depth with strate
gic vision. Over the last five years, his focus on AI, automation, and digital inno

Mr. Rajavel Nagarajan ibrings over 18 years of expertise in media, radio, and digital strategy. A former RJ and Programming Director at Hello FM and Radio City, he is best known as the charismatic host of Love Guru (2012–2021), the most listened-to
Tamil radio show of its time. His exceptional ability to connect with audiences was recognized by the India Book of Records for handling 1 million calls in just 90 days. Over the years, his work has earned multiple honors, including the Indian Radio Forum Award (2017), Vikatan Award (2018), and Galatta Media Award (2019). In 2010, he was celebrated as a Youth Icon by Puthiya Thalaimurai for his influence and cultural impact.
